Interior and exterior assessments
Following a damp investigation, any problems identified will require a comprehensive Damp Survey. We will thoroughly assess the extent of dampness, identify the main cause, and create an effective treatment plan. We will inspect signs of dampness, such as water stains, peeling paint, or mould growth, and use specialized tools, including a thermal imagery camera, to detect moisture in building materials.
During a damp survey, the building’s interior and exterior, including the walls, floors, ceilings, and other affected areas, will be inspected for evidence of water infiltration, leaks, condensation, or rising dampness and, where necessary, advanced diagnostic tools will be used.
Once the survey has been carried out, we will provide a detailed report outlining our recommendations for action.
